Our Accountability to You

Confidentiality

  • Payment is required prior to your initial assessment with your dietitian. Initial assessments are $275 for a 60-minute consultation.

  • Follow up appointments are $139 for a 30-minute consultation. These will be invoiced once each appointment is made and payment is due prior to your appointment.

  • Late fees may apply to invoices not paid on time.

  • Package options for multiple sessions are available and your dietitian will discuss these options with you as appropriate.

  • If you would like to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please email Bianca at theguthealthclinicnz@gmail.com

  • We require at least 2 working days' notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Should you fail to provide 2 working days' notice, your appointment will be charged in full or deducted from your program.

  • The Gut Health Clinic Dietitians are registered with the New Zealand Dietitians Board as qualified and competent Dietitians under the Health Practitioners Competence Assurance Act 2003. Our Dietitians all hold current practicing certificates and are fit to practice Dietetics.

  • Any information provided to you will be based on the best practice guidelines and clinical judgment of up-to-date available research.

  • The Gut Health Clinic actively engages in the professional development and progression of our Dietitians, along with the Dietetics profession as a whole, to provide you with the best and beneficial client experience.

  • All records regarding your care, including your personal information and contact details, will be managed securely in accordance with the Health Information Privacy Code 1994 and the Privacy Act 2020.
