Bianca and Kelsey are NZ registered, Monash FODMAP trained Dietitians. They will work with you one-to-one, to provide tailored nutrition and lifestyle advice to enable you to feel in control of your gut health.

Bianca Berton-Scarlet
Registered Dietitian – BSC (Human Nutrition), MDiet, Monash FODMAP trained
Hi I’m Bianca, co-founder and Dietitian at The Gut Health Clinic.
I am a huge foodie and passionate about all things gut health! I understand that gut health issues can be frustrating and isolating, so my ultimate goal when working with you, is to make you feel relaxed, supported and in control.
When we work together, I take the time to really understand your concerns, needs and goals, so I can tailor our sessions to best support you. I use up to date evidence-based practice to provide you with the tools and knowledge to optimise your gut health. I am a firm believer in sustainable results, so I teach you the tools to make healthy lifestyle changes that will optimise your gut health long term!
I see clients for IBS, Endometriosis, Coeliac disease, reflux, Diverticular disease, bariatric surgery, weight management, healthy eating, binge eating and general digestive health concerns.
Kelsey Paterson
Registered Dietitian – BAppSC (Sports Nutrition), MDiet, Monash FODMAP trained
Hi I’m Kelsey, co-founder and Dietitian at The Gut Health Clinic.
I became a foodie through the development of my food allergies and IBS diagnosis. Through this experience I found a great level of empathy and creative ways to make foods taste great without trigger foods in them. Outside of food, I am an outdoors lover so if I am not in the kitchen or at work I will likely be hiking somewhere beautiful.
When we work together, I take the time to really understand your needs, priorities and goals. As I have experienced IBS first hand I have a deep understanding for what it can be like and use this to empathise with you. I will work with you to make small but effective changes that have a large impact on your health and well-being.
