These are the 5 most common mistakes I see people making when it comes it IBS, in clinic 🙅‍♀️ 1. Stop over complicating it and get the basics right. Sorry guys, the basics aren't sexy BUT THEY WORK! Eat at least 3 meals daily, sleep 8 hours,
